What age does Oakwood Camp Accommodate?

Our summer camp provides daily fun for campers age 4-14.

Are groups Co-Ed?

Yes, groups are co-ed and formed based on age.

Are daily schedules pre-set?

Each group will have a daily schedule to follow where they spend around 1 hour on each activity. Counselors allow input from campers so schedule may change.

What are the camp hours?

Full Day 9am-4pm | AM Half Day 9am-1pm| PM Half Day 12pm-4pm | Before Care 7am-9am | After Care 4pm-6pm

Is there a minimum amount of days we must attend?

Yes, 5 days. However, you can pick any 5 days over the whole summer.

Who are the staff at the Oakwood Summer Day Camp?

Our summer camp counselors consist of young adults, college students, and high school students who all have a passion for working with children. All of our staff take part in specific camp training. All staff over the age of 18 are required to have criminal background checks.

What is your staff to camper ratio?

Age 4-6, 1:6 | Age 7-14, 1:10

Do campers go off-site?

Oakwood Day Camp is currently looking at different option for daily field trips. More about our field trips coming soon!

How do I register?

You can register for camp using our LeagueApps registration system. 2025 registration is open!

What is your refund policy?

Oakwood Day Camp has a NO REFUND POLICY

Any unused days at the end of the summer can be credited for future ODC events upon request.

If your child is dismissed from camp due to misbehavior there will be no credit processed.
